Outfits these days are less planned, more of a concoction of a few essential pieces that seem to come together in one variation or another. Ripped jeans, a weekend staple, tends to be the basis of my wardrobe, allowing for a slew of options to throw on top. While I have made my attempts to jump on the bomber-jacket bandwagon, I have failed miserably. Never feeling entirely like myself wearing one. I did, however, become quite smitten with this little number at a recent Zara sale. The last one and in my size. A linen-esque embroidered “bomber” jacket with floral appliques. Fortunately, it came in a color combination I could handle- black and white. An Asian-inspired motif and the few pink details I own in the form of arm-candy and my favorite accessory, eyeglasses. An everyday outfit, worn more for comfort and errand-execution than trend; but one that manages to check both boxes.
