I was thrilled to see that midi-skirts were here to stay well into the Fall and Winter months- these happen to be one of my favorite trends this season not only because of ease but also because they are incredibly flattering on every body type. They are forgiving and hide in all the right places while accentuating the waist line.
I wanted to make this look a bit more casual for roaming around Soho, so I paired it with these embellished penny loafers from Zara. I can’t stop wearing them and I love the black on black- it happens to be a nice contrast to the unexpected pop of chartreuse. I’ll be paring this skirt with a structured blazer next for an evening out – it’s the perfect item to have in your closet this Fall!
