{Dusk settles on the island}
Good Morning! I was cleaning out some of my old magazines last night when I came across this article I tore out from Elle Decor. I had to share this with you, for obvious reasons!
This beautiful villa is situated on the southern coast of the infamous island of Ibiza. While most venture to the island for sleepless nights and hypnotizing house music, this 1970s island home was renovated by two brothers to offer a laid back and relaxing retreat.
{The furniture is light and breezy, yet the wall colors and the wood-burning fireplace add a cozy and rustic touch for those cool island nights. The natural wood accents and the glass end table continue the airy feel throughout the home}
{Mid-afternoon tapas and sangria served al fresco on the outdoor patio/a cozy and inviting reading nook}
{This bedroom is all sorts of amazing. From the natural cowhide to the linen canopy and that view! Goodbye sleepless nights!}
{All the walls are covered with stucco mixed with the islands sand, which gives off a subtle pink-gray hue}
{A few snapshots of the outdoor areas. I’m loving the rattan, linen and textile combos. All taking inspiration from the natural colors of the island}
Who wouldn’t want to purchase an unkept property, in a faraway land, and restore it to its former glory? The thought makes me giddy! Hope you enjoyed this morning retreat!
