Did ya’ll have a great weekend? We had such a fun mini-trip to Louisville over the weekend and managed to snag quite a few good pieces for our closets and home at the Gilt City Warehouse sale! I’ve got a great piece coming to the shop, as well! While shopping was our main priority, we managed to indulge in some delicious food and check out a few antique shops. We dined at Decca Restaurant and I would highly recommend the spring pea, mint and feta risotto. It was out of this world. We also stopped at Mussel and Burger Bar and were so pleasantly surprised. The food was superb and the prices were even better. Greek mussels, anyone? There was tons of art to see and one of my favorite spots to check it out was at the 21C Museum Hotel. A hotel, museum and restaurant/bar in one. Kind of wish we had one here in Chicago! An impromptu trip with great company, turned out to be a perfect weekend!
