The house is officially decorated for Christmas and tomorrow’s get together. We placed the final touch, the tree topper, last night and I couldn’t be happier with how our theme came together. I literally can’t wait to get home everyday and breathe in the fresh scent of balsam! I’ve transformed the living room into a winter cabin, perfect for hot cocoa and night by the fire.
My jet lag has finally tapered off; my cold lost momentum and decided to bug someone else, and I am ready for the weekend! Tomorrow will consist of more apartment hunting- I feel it, we’re getting closer to ‘the one’. And then… tomorrow night is my first annual Holiday Craft Party. I’m having three girlfriends over for a night of food, cocktails and crafting. Cocktails will only be served after sewing…we want to be able to display these stockings, after all!
