For this week’s Recent Obsessions I could not get enough of the global and eclectic vibe of this Brazilian beach-house, designed by Sig Bergamin. The home is located in a small beach town, Trancoso, and is used for entertaining close friends and family. The design process behind the home is effortless, laid-back and fun. Sig mixed different prints and patterns with thrifted art and furniture he found on his travels. I’m talking Buddha heads from Laos, suzanis from Uzbekistan and even vintage travel posters from Cuba. A wildly-curated space that somehow falls perfectly together and creates a serene home. Perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Above all, I love how bright and airy it is. I can practically feel the ocean mist!
