Packin’ Our Bags

Miscellaneous

Not quite yet…but almost! Every year, the hubs and I travel overseas for some much-needed relaxation and to visit Petar’s family. Since we tend to go during the summer months, we like to pick a location {or two} that can incorporate both the beach and city life. While I would love to convince myself that I can spend 10 days sitting on a beach bed, those days are over. I’m hungry to see something new, explore and wake up my senses. A balance of the two, however would be ideal!

This year, we’ve decided to visit La Costa Del Sol in Spain and spend a few days in Morocco since it’s a hop, skip and a ferry ride away. It’s always exciting when Petar and I can experience a new destination together for the first time. While I’ve been to Spain a few times, this is my first experience trekking this far south and can’t wait to soak up some rays and explore nearby cities like Granada and Sevilla.

I’ll be sharing packing tips, itineraries and all the deets before we head out in July. Make sure to follow along on Instagram for your daily dose of global!

How exciting! Spain and Morocco have been on my travel wishlist for quite a while now! I was so happy to discover you via The Everygirl and can’t wait to follow along! I have rarely felt more fulfilled than when travelling and exploring the world, but life and work have gotten in the way the past few years. I’m finally embarking on the next chapter of my travels: I’m heading to Swaziland next month!
