Good Morning! I love the leafy print on this BCBG skirt and while florals tend to be more of a Spring/Summer trend, the neutral color palette and the olive green tones make this skirt easy to transition into the Fall months. Not to mention that it has pockets- I love skirts with pockets! Jennifer and I headed to the Lake Street train tracks that seem to go on forever. We took full advantage of the golden light and the metal accents of the city that seemed to all come together for one amazing backdrop!
I paired my skirt with a Zara leather top to give the otherwise, feminine floral pattern a bit of an edge. I belted the top to give the outift more of an hourglass silhouette and threw on a pair of assymetrical pumps with a nude ankle strap. The necklace played off the setting sunlight and the black faux-croc purse tied in the hints of black throughout the look. The outfit feels very ladies who lunch and definitely can see this taking you from the office through the weekends!
