Monday I SPY

Miscellaneous

Good Morning and Happy Monday! I am happy to say, I am back up and running, thanks to a dear friend who devoted much of her time to help me handle this “hacked” situation. While my theme was also compromised, bear with me on the aesthetic of my blog. I’ve decided that this was the push I needed to give it a full revamp! Until then…

A living room filled with ornate and unique decorum that emulates a Wes Anderson aesthetic.

In the January issue of Elle Decor, they had a special on World-Class Style where they featured homes from around the world. I especially loved the home of Barnaba Fornasetti in Milan. His whimsical and almost Dali-like home gave it an ethereal feel.

Check out some of his photos…it’s like walking in a dream.

I love that Fornasetti says, ““It’s a house that almost overwhelms you,” he says, “but I’m so used to it that I couldn’t live any other way.” {Elle Decor}

And how could you not love these amazing vases by Piero Fornasetti (Barnaba’s father)?

And if you still can’t get enough of Fornasetti, like myself, check out Farfetch’s Fornasetti page where they have 439 items to pick from! I see something of his making it’s way to our new home very soon!

Do you love as much as I do? P.S. So happy to be back and blogging again! Thanks for the support!
