This charming home in Madrid just so happens to be of the fabulous designer, Carolina Herrera. It’s feminine, yet relaxed, and the pink hues almost go unnoticeable against the neutral space. I’m loving that kitchen. It’s imperfections, painted cabinets, tablecloths and all, look so incredibly inviting. You know a pot of tea is on the stove and delicious treats are just waiting for you. I love to see a home that is beautifully lived in. Lived in. The Venetian mirrors mixed with cow hides and floral wallpapers are such a fun juxtaposition that somehow seems to work. And can we just talk about that pink couch? My gawd. Paired with a zebra ottoman and wingback chairs and gilded wall sconces and a lawn chair! This room is beyond words. I’m especially eyeing that cane daybed, politely draped with a fur blanket and collected, mismatched pillows. Unrushed, quiet moments make up this home. Evenings of reflection, reading and inspiration. The home looks so relaxed, thoughtful in it’s decor and incredibly quaint.
