This stunning home, full of golden hues, mirrored furniture, and elegant touches just happens to be of the jewelry designer behind, Luby & Lemerald. Where mustard yellow can look outdated and dull, it brightens up these rooms and adds an entire golden dimension to the space. Paired with luscious pea green velvets, unexpected floral patterns and jet blacks, I can’t imagine any other color pairing better than this golden hue. The living room has such a unique and collected look to it, with antique portraits, zebra rugs, a stunning Venetian mirror and even taxidermy; I expect grand stories to be told here. Of far flung travels and excerpts of journal entries written abroad. That John Hicks wallpaper in the powder room seems to tie in the whole color palette. I literally can’t peel my eyes off that dining room table! Did you see the brass, claw foot legs? And those palm chandeliers are begging for dinner parties. The space has such a whimsical appeal and ultra glam and worldly.
