Labor Day weekend always comes with sweltering heat and temperatures that make you beg for cooler weather. Fall, somehow, almost immediately arrives after the long weekend and everyone sighs a big sense of relief. I went berry picking on Sunday and came home with a pallet of fresh raspberries and blackberries. I came out cut, poked and scratched from the thorns, but all in the name of berry cobbler. I spent the same evening baking, a cool breeze blowing through the kitchen and I immediately craved warm and cozy nights at home. My wardrobe is slowly beginning to transition along with the weather. I feel like accessories are worth the splurge and I tend to hold on to them much longer than some of my clothes. But, oh I love the color of these pants and everything about them.
