Happy Hump Day! March can feel free to speed up. Phew, what a month! But we’re half way through the week and before you know it, it will be Friday 5 pm and time for a glass of vino…or two! Last night I had dinner with my dad and had such a great time- I can’t remember the last time the two of just hung out or for that matter, the last time I had pizza! Did you catch the #instasale over at Shopnomadluxuries this past weekend? Besides the fact that I pretty much want to keep everything that’s up for sale, you know it’s good! I’m talking vintage heart lockets, chinoiserie vases and everything in between.

I actually can’t believe there’s not one single black piece in this outfit! It’s all color! As Spring slowly approaches, I’ve begun to transition my wardrobe to lighter pieces with more shades than my usual gray-scale. I haven’t put away all the winter pieces yet- I’ve learned my lesson before. These oxblood pants? I usually bring these into rotation around fall and wear them straight through winter. But after seeing an outfit on Pinterest that literally convinced me that saturated color can look amazing, I put this outfit together for a go. I realized that I already had all of the pieces I needed in my closet- I just never thought to pair them together before. An oxblood pair of pants, a blush pink top and a fuchsia linen scarf I literally bought ten years ago from zara. I always loved a pop of color in my accessories and I still do! I paired the look with shiny, metallic chunky heels and an oxblood cross-body purse. I especially love a block heel- it still manages to give me some height without being uncomfortable. I have my eye on these for Spring. When do you bring out the Spring wardrobe? And if you already have, consider me jealous!

Hope it’s a great week and as always, thanks for reading! Xx
