Beauty

overview

As summer slowly ends, I have been looking for ways to transition my beauty regimen for the fall months. With a few new beauty finds and accessories, I think I just might be ready…

My skin is “complicated”, at least that’s what my esthetician says. I have extremely sensitive and desperately dehydrated skin. So when I found this manuka honey face mask from a New Zealand brand, Lanocreme, I knew I had to try it. Words like “intensely nourishing and hydrating” caught my attention. I’ve been using it every Sunday night before bed and love how soft and supple my skin feels afterwards!

As far as I’ve read, no matter how explicit your beauty regimen is, if you don’t use toner on your face after washing, it won’t have the same effect. Dr. Hauschka’s facial toner is all natural, has a lovely scent and is completely holistic. Overtime, I’ve noticed that the more natural the product, the better my skin responds to it. This is definitely worth the splurge. And this Ellen Tracy lip stain in wine, is the perfect color for fall. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t dry out your lips. It actually feels like a chap stick or gloss. This was an accidental find at Marshalls and I’m loving the color!

Vintage gold jewelry {one of my favorite pieces to date} and jeweled headbands make accessorizing for the fall simple. I’m loving these headbands and how put together they can make an outfit feel. I’ve officially said goodbye to bad hair days!

Do you have any favorite beauty essentials to transition you into the Fall? I would love to hear!
