When looking for inspiration, there’s so much out there that it’s quite easy to get overwhelmed. I can truly say that I have finally found an aesthetic for our future kitchen. I love the color palette of white and cool, soft grays with industrial and rustic touches. Since the kitchen is generally the main focal point of a home- everyone congregates in the kitchen; I want the feel of something worn-in and cozy. A kitchen that acts inviting yet functional.
Here are a few photos that inspire me…

What else do you use your kitchen for besides cooking? Reading, homework with your kids, paying your monthly bills, morning coffee?

Thanks for pointing that out Kat! Now that you mention it, you can see that it’s painted. Nevertheless, it’s fabulous!
