Good Morning! I’ve started working with a new client and while we are working on her whole apartment, I wanted to share one of the recent designs for her master bedroom. We didn’t end up going this route but I absolutely love how it all came together. I told you I was determined to use the Madagascar wallpaper from Anthropologie. After seeing it used in a chic office space I knew I had to create a space with it! The best part, it’s on sale and I’m talking a serious sale! If Petar didn’t think it was so feminine, it would be coming home with me!
I was looking to create a fresh take on a Hollywood Regency bedroom incorporating some of my client’s favorite colors: turquoise, yellow and pink… I kept the colors on the softer side since it is, after all, a bedroom and added pops of brighter, more saturated colors through accessories. There’s a lot of high and low being used here; from Ikea to Safavieh and everything in between. I try to incorporate some fun DIY’s into the mix to achieve an expensive look without breaking the bank. What do you all think?
