It’s quite apparent that I have a slight obsession with cashmere. How could you not? I wear it around the house, out to meetings and always have it on the plane with me! I always keep my eye open for great deals on these cozy pieces. I’m on a mission to build a collection. Spring is the perfect time to pick up some great pieces for a fraction of the cost! You don’t have to splurge to spoil yourself with something luxurious. I’ve had tons of success picking up cashmere everywhere from consignment stores to Marshalls!
This perfect cardigan from Cynthia Rowley was on final sale at TJ Maxx for $40. I like to call these purchases no brainers. I absolutely love that it has pockets and that it’s extra long. I might even wear this as a robe. Seriously.
But for this week’s outfit, I dressed it up with a knit skirt from Zara and croc sandals from Asos. Remember this wishlist? I couldn’t help myself but snatch these right up! I’ll be wearing them right through summer, so expect to see a lot more of them!
You know how I feel about neutrals! Especially when you take a soft and feminine outfit like this one and edge it up with crocodile accessories, a touch of gold and ground it with black. I’m all about the juxtaposition. And can we talk about this chain link necklace I found on my last trip to Cali? Oh, you know. It’s just a vintage Givenchy necklace with matching bracelet! Die. And I’m seriously considering putting up for sale in my Etsy shop. If I can part ways with it, that is!
