The colors of this living room are what attracted me first! While anything unlike my usual style, this space has inspired this week’s Recent Obsessions! Brown hues are softened with a mix of peach, yellow and metallic-y blues.The mid century furniture, like the chrome floor lamp and Eames-like lounge chair, are contrasted with an ornate chandelier, taxidermy and an oriental rug. The walls are a neutral and have a concrete appearance to them which grounds the rest of the space and gives it a bit of an industrial element. Somehow this mix and play of textures and styles works together in this space!
