Midlength Perfection

Good Morning! Round two of the outfit post and I couldn’t be more excited! There were some amazing sales happening over the July 4th weekend and I took full advantage to make a day trip out to the Last Call Nieman Marcus Outlet in Gurnee. It’s a hike, but I promise you, well worth it. I scored some great deals and this skirt happens to be one of them!

While the skirt is light enough to wear in the summer, it can be easily transitioned into fall with boots and a chunky sweater. The jewel tones are an added bonus! I love how the skirt falls mid length, which is so in right now, and makes it a breeze to wear. Take a look at how I put this outfit together…

Neutrals and jewel tones can be carried through the fall seasons…

I’m wearing a vintage gold bangle, an Indian bracelet with mini pearls and blue stone drop earrings I purchased at The Mexican Shop in Evanston a few years back.

My makeup is simple; I’m wearing  a peacock blue eyeliner from Lancome and La Laque Fever, color Inflame.

I picked up this Alberta di canio purse from TJ Maxx for a steal!

I love how chunky these Calvin Klein shoes are and the cutouts add a feminine touch to these otherwise edgy sandals.

Pairing the skirt with a white tee keeps the look simple and perfect for day-to-night wear
