It’s A Jungle Out There

I have been on a mission to add some Summer staples to my wardrobe in time for our upcoming trip next week. I have not owned a pair of jean shorts since my high school days, and it was time. I wanted laid-back and options that I could mix and match when traveling or simply running weekend errands. Light-weight knits for cool, Summer evenings and sandals that I could walk hours in.

This week’s outfit has become my summer uniform! After picking up a pair of these GAP jean shorts, I never want to take them off. They are so comfortable and they look chic, too. I paired them with a black, sleeveless knit that keeps me perfectly cool in the heat. Adding gold accessories and a pair of two-tone leather sandals that have a slight wedge to them, complete the look.

I am completely obsessed with my new Kevia ring. Each piece is handcrafted and sustainable. The designs and beautiful stones are statement-making pieces.
