As soon as the new year rolls around, I’m craving sun, warmth and an island escape. Enter this gorgeous, vacation home on Ibiza. With it’s white-washed walls, wood beams and glimpses of the azure Mediterranean, it makes the perfect retreat. I especially love the salvaged, wood farm-house dining table paired with hand-blown glass bowls and fresh oranges I presume were picked from the orange grove in the back yard. The home has a very Restoration Hardware feel to it, with a blend of wood and iron, natural textiles and crisp, linen sofas. The unexpected pops of baroque, crystal chandeliers and French provincial furniture, create the perfect harmony. Not to mention, slight touches of muted colors brought out by the vintage kilims and pillows. A simple and beautiful home that beckons to be lived in.
