Entryway 2 Ways! What’s Your Favorite?

I’ve been playing around with some ideas for the front entrance and have narrowed it down to two rugs I love and bringing the space together with them in mind.

The first space is a bit more on the cooler side as far as tones are concerned. The rug itself adds a lot of color and dimension and I didn’t want to take away from that. The space is polished and has a nice balance between global and modern with a few traditional pieces like the bucket chandelier. The aqua blues are a complimentary color to the oranges in the rug. The black lamp and white parsons console keep everything tied down, while the cheetah benches (love those!)add a fun and unexpected print to the space. The art finally ties everything together, from top to bottom.

The second space is brighter and cheer-ier, just like that AMAZING rug. It’s nomadic and yet MCM dessert-style and I really just love it. The lamp is a deep eggplant purple (in case it looks black in the photo) and the gilded look comes in with the console rather than the chandelier. I went with the beaded chandelier and woven baskets to give it some natural elements and polished it up with clean and modern lines from the accessories and Matisse print.

I’m having a hard time deciding. Would love your help loves! So what do you all think? Are you loving the Global Blue or the Desert Pink entry way?
